Tabby Tuesday:  Bird-TV Has Been Busy with Simon

tabby tuesday simon 01 05092023

Howdy gang, things have been busy around here and it has been really busy out front.  There have been big birds everywhere! It’s been fun, we’ve all enjoyed seeing our visitors.  I’ve been watching so long I’m about ready to nod off now. You can see a goose out near the road so we were playing duck, duck, goose!

But hey, let me show you some of our visitors…

Memories of Eric and Flynn

You have a lot of visitors, Simon. Is the Aylesbury duck domesticated from nearby or do you have wild ones there? They are domesticated here.

we love watching Quackers Too, all three of us. You are like Bob when he watches TV, watches till he falls asleep and then denies he was sleeping. Lots of Fowl Play going on right in your own yard.

Momma Kat and Her Bear Cat

We have a lot of quacking ducks but it is because of Missy and her nest we think. Enjoy!

I am very envious … up too high, I only see ’em on the fly … and no quackers for me … unless on TV!

We don’t see many ducks or geese around our house. It must be fun to watch them waddle around your yard from the comfort of your living room.

Lulu: “Those are a lot like the ducks and geese we see at the lake in the park where we go for walks sometimes. Bean always wants to chase them, but Mama won’t let him.”
Java Bean: “No she won’t! So if you need somebody to chase ducks and geese around your yard, just give me a call.”

I love it when the cats watch birds outside the windows. They are not fond of the Hummingbirds, guessing they move too fast. But the regular birds and the squirrels make for great entertainment. Enjoy watching your feathered friends.

We have squirrels, chipmunks, groundhogs, skunks, bunnies, and a huge variety of birds but the closest the ducks & geese have ever gotten is about two blocks away. Same with the deer. Enjoy the wildlife in your yard. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, angel Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Sawyer, Kizmet, Audrey & Raleigh
