Hello everyone, here we go with Sister Saturday and I’m pretty happy it’s my turn. But then again, I’m usually a pretty happy gal. Here lately I’ve been having a bit of troubles with my breathing. You may not remember, but you might, but I’m an asthmatic kitty. Yep, it seems that all of us who were out in the backyard area have that asthma thing. Is that strange or what? Anyways, the Dad and Mom noticed that I wasn’t my usual happy self, they are both good at that type of thing.
I’m back to having one of my asthma meds, one that gets rubbed on the inside of my ear, on a daily basis again. I was not having that for a while but it was time to kick it back into gear. It really helped and I’m breathing easier again. Oh, and I really am back to being my happy self. Mom and Dad said they love having a happy Kiki.
Since I’m feeling better I’ve been back to one of my favorite spots, that’s up on the desk that lives in the dining room. This is the only window on this side of the house and it’s a pretty active viewing spot. There are usually several birds hopping around down below where I can see them. Some times I chatter at them and most of the times they ignore me. Oh well, I will keep on trying to get the conversation started, it’s really a challenge.
Okay, that’s it for me today. Have a fun Saturday everyone. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

I am glad your ear meds are working and you are back to your happy self, Kiki.
Glad you’re breathing easier dear Kiki……medicine helps a lot doesn’t it!
Hugs, Teddy
Your chest furs are so pretty and I am happy to hear the meds work and you are breathing better. that is a great viewing spot and I see you have a stained glass companion to keep you company. glad you are feeling better and that is odd about all the kittens from the back yard.
Kiki, good parents Keep Their Eyes on their kitties. We’re glad that your medicine is something that can be rubbed on your ear instead of something stuck down your throat, mol. Maybe for now you need it but as the seasons change maybe you don’t need it as often. You keep an eye on those birds for us.
SO happy to hear that you are breathing better. You have wonderful parents, Kiki.
Poor Kiki! It’s no fun having breathing difficulties. It sure limits your play time, but then you probably didn’t feel like playing anyway. Glad to hear you’re back to normal and being your inquisitive self once more.
Glad you are feeling better Kiki. One of us gets ear meds and they really help 😺😸
Kiki, I’m glad you’re feeling better! I’m also glad you’re able to have those meds via transdermal gel, that’s far easier than other ways of getting medication in. LOL. Lots of purrs from my angels that you continue to breathe easy! (P.S. Has your area been impacted by the wildfire smoke at all, or are you too far south? I got home at a good time, the air quality is better at the moment!)
Kiki! I didn’t know you were asthmatic. . My Magic Mouse passed away early yesterday morning. I was afraid I couldn’t reply. Phone wasn’t an option. I thought. Turned out I couldn’t charge it because the charge cord wean’t plugged into the MAC. Didn’t know that until it finally occurred to mom to look. I am SO glad you’re feeling better. Wonder what’s up with you guys who live(d) in the back yard developed asthma? Did you Vet ever say anything?
We’re glad the medicine is working well for you, Kiki! Also glad to see you enjoying bird watching, our kitties like that too. You look very pretty today!
You look so sweet even when not feeling quite “yourself” … we’ll keep our paws crossed that the dreadful smoky air that was all over us, does not drift down towards you … we all need to “breathe easy”!
Kiki I’m giving your Mom and Dad a standing ovation for excellent observation.
I love your chattering desk by the window
Hugs Cecilia
Asthma is no fun! Happy to know your humans can help you handle it. Good thing you are an inside cat…it helps keep the nasties in check.
We’re glad to hear you are feeling better, Kiki. Your parents are so smart to recognize that you needed your special medicine.
Kiki, we are so, so happy that your meds are helping you breathe easier! XO
Glad you are feeling better. Those wildfires caused a lot of bad air. XO
I’m glad you’re feeling better, Kiki!
kIKI, we didn’t realize you and the other “back yard” kitties have breathing problems. We wonder if there’s something bad in the air. But glad there’s help for you, and that you have such pawsome folks!
We are so happy that your meds are making you feel better, Kiki.
Oh so glad your meds are helping you be your happy self ~ sweet photos of you ~ Xo

Aw, The Z Kids and I didn’t realize you’re asthmatic, but we’re glad you’re feeling better now!
Did the smokey or polluted air make your asthma flare up,Kiki? Glad your Dad knew what to do to help you feel better.
You look quite interested in the goings on, outside that dining room window.
Kiki I am sooo happy you are feeling better and you are blessed to have a Mom and Dad who are on top of things! That is strange that all the outdoor kitties have asthma!
So good to hear.Enjoy the weekend!
We’re glad you are feeling better Kiki ! Were you getting the smoke from Canadian fires ?
We’re glad you are feeling better Kiki ! Was it some of the smoke from the Canadian wildfires ?
So glad you’re feeling better, sweetie!
I am thankful you are breathing easier.
It sounds like spring allergies really get to you (and all the outdoor kitties there). Maybe if they notice a pattern, they’ll know when it’s most important to give you the med and what times of year they can skip it.
Me alegro que Kiki este mejor. Te mando un beso.
Kiki, your humans do love you so!
We are glad the meds are working and you are breathing more easily, Kiki.

Charlee: “We are glad to hear you are breathing better, Kiki! Breathing is very important!”
Chaplin: “It’s one of those things you don’t appreciate until you’re having trouble with it, am I right? Like with all the smoke back East!”
I’m sorry about the breathing troubles! The desk sounds like a nice spot to relax.
Oh, sweetie. You and your family are precious. 😀
