Hello everyone, thanks to you all for stopping by for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. I am always thankful to each of you for joining us! Each and every Thursday we share the things for which we are most thankful and we always enjoy reading all of the things you are thankful for too. If you are new to our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop, thanks for hopping in, we really do get excited when new blogger pals join us!
Today is Spoil Your Dog Day and we are really thankful for all of the Dog Bloggers in our lives. We have so many pup friends that it would be impossible to mention them all because we’d sure risk leaving someone out. You dog bloggers always make us smile with your antics, your happy faces and the adventures you enjoy. Thanks for visiting our blog and enriching our lives. I hope you are all spoiled big time on this special day.
Newer visitors here might not know that two fairly big dogs lived here before they went to the Rainbow Bridge. Their names were Angie and Ginger and they were a mix of Collie and German Shepherd. They were both extremely bright, very gentle and they liked kitties. Angie and Ginger were neglected pups so Mom and Dad adopted them. The Mom and Dad will always be thankful that Angie and Ginger were part of their lives for so long.
Okay, that’s it for today. So, what are you thankful for today? Tell us in the comments and then join us for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

I absolutely love my dogs and am thankful for them! One of my fur babies has a lot of German Shepard in her. She also has Grand Pyrenees and a bit of boxer mix, too.
I do love dogs, too. I have grand-dogs and other special dog friends. Maybe someday I will have a dog here, but not when I’m working so much.
Puppy dogs, that’s what we called them when I was growing up, and we like them too! They are nice animals for sure!
We love all animals, too! WE think every day is a good day to spoil your doggos!
I won’t tell Kinley (or momma) about dis day, MOL!
Siempre hay que agradecer a quienes aman a los animales. Te mando un beso.
I have been thinking to adopt a dog from our local shelter…still thinking LOL..maybe it’s time to do it this year!
I didn’t know you had dogs.
aaah we hope this is a super day for us pups LOL
Happy Spoil your Dog Day to all dogs.
Granny loves doggies too, she had two most awwdorable sweethearts in her life, a collie and a mutt and now she has also has a granddog, a same mix of collie and shepherd, but not sure if she remembered the mix well. He was here a few times, but we didn’t like him, even if he’s good with cats, he has five cat siblings, but he stresses us out, so now he has to stay home and Granny can visit him without distroying our tranquility🐶Double Pawkisses for a Happy Day to all of you🐾😽💞
We love pups too – my Mom grew up having dogs but when she got her own first home she began her journey as a “sort of adult” by having cats! She is an animal lover so dogs and cats and all nature’s critters (except snakes…) are on her LOVE ANIMALS list!!!!
Hugs, Teddy
Brian, you bet every one of our furry pets is number one. Puppies are every bit as fun as kitties
You kitties are super sweet giving dogs a shout out today. You know we love dogs at our house!
Uh oh, Mommy didn’t know it was Spoil Your Dog Day.What Mom? You spoil us every day? Hurumph. Well, could we maybe get some tuna tonight in with our turkey and beef you’ve already made up? Love you, Mommy! XOX Xena
We didn’t know Angie and Ginger. Maybe some day you would do flashback of them. *wags* Lucy
It’s ok you didn’t name me…I know I’m your favorite dog! XOXOXOXOX Chia
Mom as a puppy herself in age, raised Jack, a red hunting dog, from a just-weaned puppy. Mom and he were besties until she got married. Jack stayed with her Dad while she went off to Florida. Mom was always proud that Jack and she both had red hair, same color.
Dogs are cool…but cats rule! 😉
We didn’t know about Angels Angie and Ginger; hugs and purrs on this remembrance day.
My doggie is spoiled everyday ~ smile ~ Xo
Sweet kitty photo as always ~ Xo

I did not know you had pups in the past. We agree dogs rock. and we also must say we have found since we met all of you and a few other cat friends, cats rock too. we thought cats were easy to keep and did not need as much vet care or taking care of. like adopt a cat and put down a potty pan and cats take care of themselves. we also did not know how much fun cats have and how much we enjoy looking at them. we are glad blogville has become diverse and added other… Read more »
I have been reading your blog for 9 years and don’t remember them. Your folks are so kind to have saved them. Thanks for hosting. Have a great day. XO
While we do not have any dogs, Mum thinks they are cool.
Her mum had Border Collies.
I must admit that I am happy with being an only kitty.
Purrs, Julie
I had no idea your staff once served K9’s too. All species rescued by your staff have lived their best lives in your home and the tradition continues. Collie and Shepherd mix must have had beautiful furs. Nosey Rosy here wonders was it long and what color
Hugs Cecilia
Woofies can be great pals. We never knew Cubby and Clifford but we know they were sweet pups.
We love kitties and pups too. I’ve had many kitties over the years and finally got a pup. She went to the bridge October 22, 2015. We think of and miss her every single day.
Thank you for hosting the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday and rest of the week. Scritches to the kitties and my best to your peeps. ♥
We didn’t know there was a special day for spoiling us! Now we have to let your parents know to spoil us even more today. BOL!
Lulu: “Hooray! A day for us dogs!”

I think I remember that you had woofies! Eeek! I need to get my blog post up!
I am thankful for my friend, Elizabeth, who takes me to the grocery store so I don’t have to walk or take the bus there.
And I am thankful for good health!
Pups are fun to spoil! (so are kitties)
Okay kitties, mom and dad, you have been reading my blogs long enough to know that dog or cat, horse or stray feral…….I spoil my babes!
If we had a doggy yoo betcha he would be spoiled.

I’m kinda thankful there’s been no dogs in my life altho the peeps claim Chopper was a dog. He came in once when the peeps were talking to his peeps at the door.
I did not know you have canine angel sisters. ❤️
In this house it’s ALWAYS “spoil your dog(s) day” – they get spoiled with love all day long, every day of the year.
We love our dog blogging friends too and wish we could add one of the large breed dogs to our family!
I’ve never had a dog but I love them!
As a dog mom, I really thought every day was Spoil Your Dog Day. Lol! Or maybe our dogs are just spoiled rotten. Thankful for our fur babies.
Our angels tell us your dog angels are very proud of their cat siblings and can’t stop bragging about them.
I like meeting new bloggers.
We did not know that doggies were once part of your humans’ lives. It was the same with our mom and dad. They had two little dogs before they began adopting kitties. They are very fond of pups too. Stinky & Periwinkle are thankful for those who shared in their adventure this week. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, angel Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Sawyer, Kizmet, Audrey & Raleigh

Oh no! Our dog Guster is so upset that we missed Spoil Your Dog Day!
Angie and Ginger were blessed to live with your precious humans. 😀
We love our K9 buddies too, they are the best! The P.A. had a fluffy Jack Russell for 17 years, she was called Daisy Mae, and she was the cutest little dog ever. We wish mew a supurr furbulous weekend guys, and thank mew for hosting!
Brian, we brought in our granddog for the occassion🐶🐾😽💞
Angie and Ginger sound like they were lovely to have around, been looking at a potential new pup to join our family in a year or so, with Boris’s medical problems were being very picky about health testing like we were when looking for Eko, so no idea when we’ll actually finally find our new pup xxx
