Hello everyone, thanks to you all for stopping by for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. I am always thankful to each of you for joining us! Each and every Thursday we share the things for which we are most thankful and we always enjoy reading all of the things you are thankful for too. Today we’re thankful for that Happy Snappy sound. What’s that you ask? Well, it’s the sound of our Mama taking photos of us so that we can share our antics with all of you. Let’s face it, pictures tell a story and we always have fun telling you our story and showing you what we are up to throughout the week. Even from one day to the next you just never know what we’ll be doing.
You might find this hard to believe but all of us here like the camera. Not only do we not run from it, we, for the most part, happily pose so that the Mom can get a good shot of us. Even the young ones, Maxwell and Macy, learned to accept the closeness of the camera at an early age. We’re glad the Mom has fun with us at photo time, thanks Mom!

We are ALWAYS thankful for you, Brian and for your lovely kitties who clearly are headed for Hollywood. I, too, tolerate the clicker, but mostly because I am asleep when it happens, haha.

Sounds like our house. We actually all run to Mom when we hear her picking up the camera off her desk. Photos started the day we moved in here, so we are used to it from early in life like you all.
Wow, Brian, I’m impressed that you all like the camera! Only angel Chumley posed for me. Annie hated the camera, and Derry learned it from her. Nicki didn’t like it, but was mostly indifferent. At least your mom doesn’t have to try to be sneaky to get all the wonderful photos! 🙂

I am not a big fan of the camera, but I have learned to accept it 😉
Mum is happy about that .Sometimes I make her work for it, but usually not 😉

I just read this out loud to Beau, he only opened one eye from his curled up postion of sleep on the sofa by my side. you might wonder why when you see the photos of Beau on his blog, why they all look the same. Well, that is because he pretty much sleeps all day and night with a few laydowns in the kitchen and a few lay downs in the back yard, or rarely a stand up walk about in the yard.

Mom wishes we would cooperate more…maybe you could give us lessons?
Your mom takes great pictures of all of you. It’s always easier for our parents when we don’t run and hide from the camera. We both like getting our pictures taken, too.
I am thankful you all enjoy being photographed too. Eric never liked it. I think he thought the camera was trying to steal his soul!
And you pose purrfectly making Mom’s job twice as much fun!!

Mom is constantly taking pictures of me too and I don’t mind but I do like to be rewarded with treat and that usually does happen.
Charlee: “We cats aren’t afraid of the camera either!”
Chaplin: “No we’re not! In fact, we find it so fascinating that if we’re doing something cute and the camera comes out, we like to stop and stare at it until the camera gets put away.”
Charlee: “And then we go back to doing whatever cute thing we were doing.”
Chaplin: “Mama and Dada really appreciate it that we are so attentive to the camera!”
We’re glad you all like the camera, because that means we get to see your adorableness! Most of the kitties here don’t mind the camera, but Thimble absolutely loves it. She often gets incredibly excited when having her photo taken, and she usually ends up rolling her belly up and asking for cuddles during her photo shoots. Purrs to all of you!

Pictures do tell a story and I’ve always enjoyed seeing you and your antics.
I’m thankful for my health. I’ll be 72 in a handful of days and I’m so happy I’m so healthy.

everyone here seems to like the camera too (mostly Levi, he actually POSES lol. I think it’s because at daycare they take photos of the pups too)…..I am thankful for the cool fall-like days we have had the past two days…..but…….we have 90 degree weather on the horizon! I hate summer and can’t wait for it to be over!

We wish our Pipo would have learned to enjoy the (flashless) camera, but no…even as a kitten he was pretty shy of it…the more so when Minko left…
Minko would pose and so would most of the othher 4 kitties, but they were long before we had digital cameras, so there are only a very few of them…sigh…
So we are thankful for the images we DO have!
