Hello everyone, I hope y’all are doing okay. Today is Patriot Day and we’re all pausing to remember those lost during the horrific attacks on our Country on September 11, 2001. Us kitties we’re around then but our peeps were and I can tell you that they will never forget. Hopefully, the world won’t either.
Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

we remember… and we all have this day in our memory like burnt….
Allways remember
We will always remember.
It’s so hard to forget such a sad dark day.
We will always remember.
Thank you for this reminder in this tribute. I will never forget that morning staring at the television and seeing that second plane hit the second tower.
Mom says she will never forget, but it is a different memory for her since she was not living in the US at the time. It was different in Europe when it all happened.
A forever memory – one of our saddest EVER.
Hugs, Teddy and Mom
I can’t forget it either. A horrific event and burned in our memories.
I will never forget the first sight of it on TV and all that came after, even so many years have passed it is imprinted in the minds of most people on this planet.
Remember always

A day Mum will never forget.
Hugs and purrs to all affected <3
If you’ve ever read “Homer’s Odyssey” by Gwen Cooper, you’ll understand the panic of a person who’s cats were left unattended because of the devastation in New York.
While the rest of us watched our televisions, and experienced the feelings of loss for all those who didn’t make it to 9/12, and the outpouring of humanity from the frontline folks.
Could never forget it 🙁
We weren’t born yet either but Mom remembers.
It is a day we will never forget.
thank you sweet friends
Hugs Cecilia
I will never forget this day. I was still working and it was a surreal day. Love this post.
Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Scritches all around and my best to your wonderful peeps. ♥
I remember calling my mom that fateful day.I will not forget.
Always remember… we need to band together while this world is falling apart.
Were never going to forget that day or the lasting feelings afterwards … I read Homer’s Odyssey too and I can imagine what Gwen went through before she knew Homer was safe.
I remember too.
It was an awful, heart-shattering day. Aside from all the lives lost – both two- and four-legged – it was a stark reminder of the simple truth: those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it. The lessons of Pearl Harbor were ignored by those who could have prevented or at least limited the tragedies of 9/11. 💔💔😢😢
We weren’t born yet on that terrible day but Mummy will never forget the horror.
It was a horrific day ~ wonderful remembrance post ~ thanks, sweet kitty photo too ~ Xo
Wishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,

Yes, I remember that sad day. XO
Absolutely never, ever, will I forget.
We will always remember that this country of ours is made of of grit and guts. We’re proud to be American (dogs and people).
Like Pearl Harbor it is a tragic touchstone in history
Fue algo muy triste lo que paso. Le deseo una genial semana. Le s mando un beso.
It’s a sad and sobering memory.
A day etchhed into the permanent memories of all who saw or were involved with it all.
I hope we can teach the younger generation(s) how important this day is and must be forever.
Granny still remembers that day too, Brian🙏✨Soft Pawkisses for effurryone🐾😽💞
Charlee: “That is way before our time, but Mama and Dada most definitely remember it.”
Chaplin: “They went to visit California about a month after 9/11 and there were flags and signs everywhere.”
Whenever I look at so much as a digital clocking reading 9:11 it makes me… I don’t even know. Angry? Sick? Sad? There are so many layers. Blessings, my dears.
