Can you believe it? Today we’re celebrating our very First Gotcha Day! Yes, we’ve been adopted and living inside for a whole year now. We were just wee itty bitty kittens when the Dad trapped us and brought us inside. We sure were wild and scared, we hid a lot and we hissed a lot too. It was all very strange to us and not what we had planned at all.
We thought we were living the good life with our fur Mama outside, but that really wasn’t much of a life. We just didn’t know it yet. Our fur Mama disappeared before she could get trapped too and we felt bad about that. She was so young, she really didn’t know how to take care of us. But, we ended up inside and now we can’t imagine living out there.
A lot has happened in our first year and we’ve learned lots. We’ve learned to love, we’ve learned to play, we’ve learning how to get along with others and we’ve learned that, above all, our Mom and Dad will always take care of us. We’ve also learned about sadness when Angel Brian left us. But, we’ve also learned that all our friends out there in Blogville will always be there for us too.
