Hello everyone, it’s me Maxwell and I’m here for Angel Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Thanks to you all for stopping by. We are always thankful to each of you for joining us!  Each and every Thursday we share the things for which we are most thankful and we always enjoy reading all of the things you are thankful for too. If you are new to Angel Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop, thanks for hopping in, we really do get excited when new blogger pals join us!

Welcome to Part 6 and once again I’m really thankful to have some assistance with the blog hop. I’m sure you will recall that the other kitties wanted to purrticipate in Angel Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. I told them from time to time I would let them tell everyone what they are thankful for. That seemed to make them happy. So purrsonally, I’m thankful for keeping peace in the family. Today I thought I would ask around and look who I found, it’s my sister Macy, we are littermates. Hey Macy, come here and tell everybody what are you thankful for today?

Thanks Maxwell! I was looking back at our photos, look how tiny we were when we first came inside. Isn’t that something?!?!? You were small Maxwell but I was smaller than you. I was the runt of the litter and I’m still the smallest one here. Most of our blogging pals know this but we were a litter of three. Sadly, one didn’t make it. I’m very thankful that our Dad gave that little one a descent burial in the back yard. I’m also very thankful that our Dad and Mom kept tabs on us while we were out there. Our feral Mom was way too young and she batted me around like a toy. She just didn’t know any better.

When our new Dad trapped us we sure weren’t happy, do you remember that Maxwell? Our new Dad tried to trap our feral Mom too but she took off and we never saw her again. We were so scared inside, but our new Dad and Mom were very patient as we adjusted to the sights and sound of inside life. I’m really thankful that they gave us so much time to adjust. Now I’m super thankful to be an inside kitty and I’m thankful for all my brothers and sisters, they are sure fun to play with. Of course I’m thankful for you Maxwell, I don’t think I could have adjusted so well if you hadn’t been here with me.

  4. You may be small, Macy, but tat doesn’t make you any less important! We are thankful, too, that you were rescued.
    And we pups are thankful that our insurance for the house will pay for a whole new fence at the back of our yard where all the trees squashed it…and that petcretary will have help to clean up most of the tree mess.

    Hey Maxwell, we are thankful that you thought to ask all of your furblings about their own thankfuls, whet a great idea!

  11. Macy, we remember when you first came inside and your dad tried to see if Maxwell was a boy or a girl, and he wouldn’ let him, MOL!!! We are so happy you wo have such a loving home and the best people to care for you.

  14. I remember when you were trapped and brought indoors to your wonderful forever home. It is sad that your mom was too young to care for you and didn’t treat you well. You all have the best lives now.

  17. Oh you two were sure adorable babies and blossomed into adorable “grown ups” !! Those of us who have our forever homes were EVER so lucky to get them. I know all of us are THANKFUL for that.

  19. Macy and Maxwell you too certainly had a tough beginning. We certainly hope your mama kitty ended up being okay somewhere. This way you two are in the house where it’s safe and you won’t have to go through what she did. We’re thankful we had a few days of sunshine before now they say it’s going to rain some more.

  20. We did not know that story. How sad for your young mom and you kittens but we are glad you two have each other and are lucky enough to get trapped and now have a wonderful life.

  23. Macy, I loved reading about the time you were brought in and learned to live indoors. I love the stories each of you tell us about when you became members of the family. And I enjoy it so much when your Dad is able to post videos of the feral family who live there with you all outside. Your Dad and Mom have all of you, inside and out, safe and sound, cared for and loved..

  38. I love that picture of you and Macy and had forgotten how tiny and CUTE you were. We are thankful Dad brought both of you inside and at how well you have adjusted. I am also thankful you showed us Grumpy. I love him and don’t remember seeing him before. Beau is thankful we have therapist coming to visit daddy several times a week. He gets more pets than he ever had before. and I am thankful Beau has finally adjusted to the noisy walker… it took more than 2 months, he just gave in and accepted it 2 days ago. now he walks under, through and over it and sleeps with back against the wheels

  42. Lucy: I’m thankful I have such a good life with my Mom and Dad. I’m safe, and well-fed (although I really could eat more) and loved.
    We’re all also thankful that you, Macy and Maxwell, got yourselves a wonderful furever home, too.

Your Mom and Dad are amazing people to take such wonderful care of not only their inside kitties but the wild ones like you all use to be. Now that’s in the past and you have a much easier life.
