Hello everyone, it’s me Maxwell and I’m here for Angel Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Thanks to you all for stopping by. We are always thankful to each of you for joining us!  Each and every Thursday we share the things for which we are most thankful and we always enjoy reading all of the things you are thankful for too. If you are new to Angel Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop, thanks for hopping in, we really do get excited when new blogger pals join us!

Today I’m certain I speak for all of us when I say warm is good and we’re sure thankful for the new found warmth! You might remember a while back when we had to replace both of your HVAC systems. Yes, systems. We have one for the downstairs and one for the upstairs. Anywho, both have now been replaced and we enjoyed the coolness over the Summer. Now that the cold temps are here we got to experience our new furnaces and boy do they work good. It’s been pretty cool here in the South so I can tell you first paw that the warm feels great. I know, we don’t get nearly as cold as a lot of you but for us it has been cold. Being warm is a darn good thing!

  8. Maxwell, we’re glad you have warmth while it’s cold! We’re in the South too but we’ve also been cold, so we’re glad the house is warm.

  10. We agree with you about being cool and being warm – when you need each of them. We also have two systems here – and we love being able to control upstairs vs. downstairs separately. We ALL like to be comfy wherever we are and whatever season it is!!!

  16. So glad the new furnaces both work. Even if you weren’t zero degrees outside, you got to be a decent temperature inside. Even your fur coat won’t keep the cold away without a little help.

  30. Mornin’, Maxwell – Yes, it’s a comforting feeling having access to keeping warm. Your Dad and Mom are so thoughtful to not only make sure you indoor kitties are warm, but the ferals as well. I’m thankful for keeping warm as well.

  31. We replaced both heating and air conditioner a couple of years ago and we agree that being cool in the summer and warm in the winter is a very good thing.

  32. Indeed, it’s beginning to cool off here in the south and I’m already not liking it. Our heat source isn’t great. Perhaps one day things will be better. At least we have a home and for that I’m very thankful. I wouldn’t like living out in the elements.

  35. Oh My Cats do I agree after 4 days of wind and rain and very chilly temperatures
    it was very nice to see the sun.
    My little light globe had to have a transfusion of sun today. It has seen sun in 4 days.

  41. Maxwell, we agree that warm is good. We’ve turned on our heater and both Molly and Pearl take turns sitting on the heater vent.
    When I first saw your photo, it reminded me so much of Raven. She liked sitting on the heater too.

  42. Chaplin: “I’m with you, Maxwell! We have a couple of heated cat cups here that we inherited from our legendary sister Trouble and in the winter time you can find me in one or the other of them. If I could sit in both of them at once, I probably would!”

  43. Nili woofs you are so lucky to be all cozy and warm, it sounds pawsome. We have not put our heating on yet as the days have been chilly and then warm, crazy weather here but Mom says she cannot wait for some cold weather, me not, BOL.
