Sister Saturday with Chillaxing Kiki

Meow Sierra!

Hello everyone, it’s me Kiki and I hope you are having a mighty fine Saturday. It’s been cloudy, gloomy and stormy here in the South, but hey at least it’s Saturday. Most of the kitties here don’t like it when those big booms come from the sky but I pretty much igone it. It has to get really bad before I get concerned. Rumor has it that Winter is still hanging around and will remind us of that next week.

I like to hide in here Sierra!

We were having weather like it was March instead of January but I guess January got ticked off and said hey, remember me, I’m still here. We’re not big fans of Winter here but at least we don’t have to be out in it like our sweet feral family. The Dad and Mom try to take good care of them though. They always get their foods and they have plenty of opportunity for shelter.

Rub my belly!

Speaking of bellies MOL! Oh, I wasn’t but now I am. I happen to be a big fan of belly rubs in case you would like to give it a go. No, it’s not a trap, you can rub my belly and hear me purr. I have a pretty good purr motor too but it’s not quite as good as the one Chipper has. That boy can purr and all you have to do is look at him and say something nice and he will start purring. SIlly boy!

It's nap time Sierra!

Okay, that does it for me, I’m going to settle in for a long Winters Nap! Enjoy your Saturday everyone. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

  1. I tried to transport to your home to rub your tummy, but the transport did not work… my favorite pic of you is ALL OF THEM.. I like the way your furs match the cave you are in and my heart is in a puddle on the floor from the last nap

  2. Kiki we can hear you purring all the way through the computer. Precious is the same way when it comes to the purrs. Thankfully we’ve warmed up for a few days and also thankfully it’s been quiet rain and no Thunder Boomers.

  3. Great tummy shot Kiki! I’m also very “in to” belly rubs but Mom laughs because she calls them “tummy traps” – why? Well when she rubs my belly she never knows FOR SURE when my four legs will close around her hand/wrist and the belly rub is over and the kicking begins! Tee Hee

    Hugs, Teddy

  4. What can we say that hasn’t already been said? You are a classic! Amazing and adorable … now we’ll go get a thesaurus and come back later to sing a song of more praises …

  5. Kiki, that is one lovely belly with your floofy furs. Our mom would gladly give you belly rubs. It is raining super hard here. Mom and Dad are happy it is not snow. Stay snuggly. 6. Darling pictures of you Kiki! We had stormy spring-like weather last night too, now more winter. Not our favorite weather either! That is so good of your Dad and Mom to take care of the ferals!

  7. Charlee: “Kiki, you have such a fluffy belly! Our Dada would be happy to rub it! And he might even try to snorgle it too!”
Lulu: “Kiki, can you teach me your tricks to stay zen during storms? I have a little trouble coping with them!”

  8. Hi Kiki, we would like to hear your purrr. But sorry, our Mom’s too busy rubbing all our tummies to rub yours! XOX Chia, Lucy and Xena

  9. Dandelion appreciates the occasional belly rub, too. When we’re lounging together, she’ll sometimes pull my stilled hand closer with her paws. If you were in the same room the cute would explode. :) Enjoy your nap!
