  1. Let’s hope it’s a happy and SAFE July 4th for everyone including our beloved pets and all other wildlife……the noise and fire are scary and we pray there are no “disasters” on this day of celebration for our country.

Love and Happy 4th……….Pam and Teddy

  2. Happy 4th of July to all of you and hope that last night was quiet for you. We had a lake boat parade last 🌙 night and of course they had extreme fireworks that went on for hours. Now tonight the community will have its own fireworks. No sleep here for a few days, lol.

  3. Hope you can enjoy America’s birthday today. We are still tired from the morons behind us setting off fireworks half the night last night.

  4. We’d wish you a quiet and calm 4th tonight … at the least somewhere in your home “a quiet, calm place”. The big booms of a city may be far, not last long … it’s always the neighboring buffoons who just won’t stop. Tomorrow, tomorrow, it’ll be here before you know it …

  5. Happy Independence Day to all, but please do keep the firework noise down. Wasn’t too bad here last night, we’re still concerned about tonight, though!

  6. Hello,
Happy 4th of July! I hope all the critters safe safe indoor with the fireworks going on tonight. Cute image!

Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a great day and a happy weekend! PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.

  7. Happy Independence Day!
Mother Nature had her own fireworks last night; trees and stuff down all over town, but thankfully, Eastside Cats is doing okay.

  8. Personal fireworks are now illegal in my city, which should reduce it to a dull roar.

  9. We’re not fans of any fireworks and sincerely hope isn’t too noisy for you guys. 🤞🏼

  10. Hope your 4th has been happy and safe! Beautiful graphic for today. XOCK, angels Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid & Sawyer, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Kizmet, Audrey, Raleigh, Gibbs & Tali

  11. Love your picture. It says how all us who love our cats and dogs really feel about the 4th, LOL!! Hope it wasn’t too bad in your area last night. While laying in bed, we heard the city fireworks boom and whoosh for an hour. Thankfully, the pups didn’t react!

  12. I’m thankful my kitties don’t seem bothered; none have, in fact, throughout our cat stewardship. :) And thank the Lord there were no terrorist attacks. Best wishes!

  13. I know you had boomers but hoping the rest of your 4th was good! We did nothing but stay home because Mr.Levi ate a chicken thigh bone (cooked) on Friday and we had to watch him for 72 hours to make sure he is ok. He seems completely fine thank goodness!!! It was my fault too :( I had it wrapped in a paper towel when I got up for 2 minutes, when I came back, Levi was literally standing ON the dining room table……..that was a first!!! Never a dull moment with Levi!

  14. Lulu: “We rode out the fireworks with Mama using pink noise and Sileo while Dada was away! The cats, of course, didn’t notice them at all, as usual.”
    Chaplin: “Notice what?”
