We are always thankful to each of you for joining us!  Each and every Thursday we share the things for which we are most thankful and we always enjoy reading all of the things you are thankful for too. If you are new to Angel Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop, thanks for hopping in, we really do get excited when new blogger pals join us!

Today we all think that clean is good and Dad is thankful. How is that for confusing? Let me tell you why the Dad is thankful. He said he successfully cleaned the outside of the house. What?!?! I bet his tongue is tired!!! He was outside for a long time and there was a good bit of noise coming from out there. When he came back inside he was hot, wet and stinky. But, if the Dad is thankful for clean then we are thankful for clean too. He said that’s another project off the to-do list!

So, what about you, what are you thankful for today? Tell us in the comments and then join us for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. 1. Cleaning the outside of the house is hard work, it’s above my pay grade. Hat’s off to your dad for his cleaning skills!

  2. Hi Maxwell. Cleaning the outside of the house is a really big project. Our Mom did that once when she was much younger, but then we had brother Andrew to do it, ’cause that was one of his businesses (besides painting). Now, well, we just hope it stays clean, BOL!

  3. Boy, that was a JOB! And you bet your life his tongue was tired. I’ll bet the feral family was surprised to see him when they came for lunch while he was cleaning! Maybe they can be hired to do that side of the house…saving his tongue for the rest! WHEW! I hope there area lot of water bowls for him throughout the inside of the house!
pee ess Mom’s too namby pamby. She hires a guy every year to come do it.

  4. Your dad must have a pressure washer. It is important to have a clean house inside and out. Thank you for hosting. Have a nice day. XO

  5. Cleaning the outside of the house is a huge project – power washing is noisy too so I hope all of you had your ear muffs on while Dad did that. Bet the house looks shiny bright though!!!! My Mom and Dad have that done by a company here every year – and they clean out our gutters at the same time (whatever those are!).

    Hugs, Teddy

  8. Charlee: “Wait, what? You can clean the OUTSIDE of the house? Around here Mama and Dada can barely even keep the INSIDE clean.”
Chaplin: “Which is fine with us actually.”
Charlee: “Oh yes of course it is, I’m just saying.”

  9. Hello Maxwell,
You are looking good! Clean is good, our house needs a power wash.
Take care, have a wonderful day!

  11. That’s a huge project and we are so happy for your dad that the house is now clean and he can check it off his “to do” list!

  12. It’s a good thing to have a clean home. It’s hard and dirty work, but ever so worth it when it’s done.

Have a fabulous day and rest of the week. Scritches to the kitties and my very best to their wonderful peeps. ♥

  13. Maxwell, you are so handsome! Glad Hu-Dad did a great job on the house! Clean always makes us feel better, and tired! Hope you snuggle up and have a nice nap with Hu-Dad!

  14. Your Dad deserves a long nap and maybe a treat for all that hard work.
I’m thankful for simple joys — like a tidy space and a quiet evening with family. 🐾
