Hello everyone, it’s me Tinslee! I know, I am at my favorite spot and I’m usually watching birdies from up here, but not today. Nope, the Mom and Dad are out front and they’ve been playing in the bushes and the trees. Okay, okay, they aren’t really playing, it looks like a lot of work if you ask me. They are cutting on the trees, cutting on the bushes and then hauling the stuff they cut down to an undisclosed location. Strange goings on if you ask me!
I’m afraid all that has something to do with the noisy stuff that will be going on here. Maybe not, but I’ll lay here and ponder on it for a bit. I do have to admit that with the bushes and trees trimmed up I have a better view of what is going on out front. That’s a good thing I think.
No Sister Saturday would be complete without a photo on the green bench. It’s not only a fan favorite here but our friend from North Carolina Cecilia likes it too. She calls it her green bench!

Tinslee maybe Mom and Dad are trimming up everything around the house to prepare for all the ladders and equipment required for the new roof AND windows…..you all will have a whole lot to watch as soon as THAT work starts up! Enjoy the peace and quiet for now – it will be very noisy soon!!!!! Happy Caturday.

Pruning outside is always a good thing and we hope your mom and dad have plenty of water for these very hot and humid days, Tinslee. Aren’t you happy that you are inside looking out!
Now that your mom & Dad have trimmed up around house you have more that you can see
Tinslee it does sound like hard work outside. And In the Heat of the summer no less. It’ll be interesting to see what happens when the worker bees show up.
Oh noes: if a new roof is coming, I hope all of you will get some ear-muffs, that’s a wholabunch of super dooper noise, s’riously. New windows, not so much … anywayz, all good things lead to better days, so hope that is what lies ahead.
Tinslee, you are a beautiful sentinel. Be sure to keep us updated. I think the Green Bench belongs to many of us through the years, ;-)
