Labor? Me? Seriously??? It is Labor Day here in the United States. As we always say, Labor Day is one of those very strange human holidays where there are lots of peeps celebrating labor by not laboring. It’s really quite appropriate and you can count all of us in on the no labor thingy, especially me! We do honor all of those workers and their fabulous contributions to our society. Enjoy the holiday everyone!

Happy Labor Day! I will be laboring in the nursing home, later today…healthcare never takes a day off…though at least the workers take turns doing all the labor such that sometimes I get holidays off…to be lazy! (schedules help with that…except I no longer have a schedule, I look to see where help is needed and then I offer to be there for that shift…it is called being an as needed employee, {PRN}, the first step for me to full retirement, who knows when that will be!)
oh is that still that time again? first the summer was endless and now bam! over and out… happy howliday
OMC we didn’t even know it was Labor Day. Guess we had better take a rest real fast!
