Since Tuesday was the beginning of Meteorological fall we are all thankful that the Mama has started with the fall decorations, we love looking at them. As you probably know, our Mama loves to decorate for all the seasons and for the holidays too.
Fall is one of our favorites, if only we could get the temperatures to cooperate. We are having another run of dangerously high temperatures. Thinking ahead I will gladly say BAH, HUMBUG! We are so done with all the heat and hot and heat and hot. I know our ferals are darn tired of it too. Anywho, what are you thankful for today? Maxwell, we have been in the high heat too, but we aren’t ready to bid summer goodbye just yet. Weird, yes, we know!

Decorating for the seasons is fun, Maxwell. I used to do it, though have lost interest over the past few years. Probably because it’s NOT fun having to take everything down and pack it away. 😆

Maxwell no matter what the temperature is when it’s time to change for Holiday decorations, it’s time! The weather just has a mind of its own doesn’t it.
We too are ready for fall and cooler weather. Some leaves have already fallen too. Unfortunately, with high humidity and temps in the 80’s it doesn’t feel like fall yet.

Maxwell, I am glad to see the beginnings of Fall decorations. Our home is so small that Mom doesn’t do that hardly ever but she wishes she could. Just no room, seriously. And the new header…purrfect! That Green Bench gets a huge amount of love from every one who has ever lived there with your Mom and Dad! Makes me smile.
Such beautiful fall decorations on your fireplace mantle! Happy that you posted this picture because it is really getting us into the fall spirit also. It has been so unbearably hot here in Chicago that some of our bridges were getting stuck in the up position because of the heat. Don’t think that has ever happened before.
That looks so pretty. We’re ready for fall temperatures too.
Our Mama changed our house season to Fall on Sunday….we feel the same way about the heat!!

Less than 3 weeks until official autumn arrives, heck yes we’re grateful…just like you guys. How lovely your mum has begun decorating the house-it’s very pretty.
I hope you get your cooler temps soon, Maxwell. We’re thankful that after last nights wicked storm we didn’t loose power, but we did loose cable and internet until this morning.
It’s feelin’ somewhat fallish up here in Canada, too. Around 20C today, I think. I’m not complainin’, mind you. That hot, sticky, humid weather we had been havin’ was messin’ up my furs. purrs

Your mom’s fall decor looks very nice. It is scorching hot this week. We sure which actual fall weather would arrive. We are thankful for a good vet visit for Kizmet and Lisbeth. Maxwell, it sure doesn’t feel like fall here. It was 90 degrees yesterday. And today we had some big thunderstorms.
Fall is a wonderful thankful. We love fall too. It’s still warm here, but not the triple digits we usually get in July and August.
Tell your mom I love her fall decorations. Beautiful.

Our Mom loves your Mom’s decorations. And we’re all tired of the relentless heat, too. We got to Fort Wayne In Dee Anna and it was every bit as hot here as Chattanooga. Hi Maxwell – I had commented yesterday but don’t see my post. No worries, I’ll post again now! Fall is my favorite season and I’m ready for the turning of leaves and their beautiful colors. Thankfully we’ve had a mild summer out here on the West Coast – but we generally get an Indian summer and I’m hoping we don’t. Your Mom’s decorations look nice!
