Hey gang, it’s me the Chipper and I was up bright and early to get my yoga done before the window peoples show up. Did you know the Upward Facing Dog is also know as Urdhva Mukha Svanasana? Urdhva means upward, Mukha means Face, Svana means Dog and Asana means pose. Wasn’t that way too much information?!?!? Okay, I got that done, now I can get on with the hiding. Later!
