Guess what?!?! Today is our fourth Gotcha Day, boy that’s hard to believe. I know you all have heard it before, but we have some new ones visiting us, so we’re going to tell it again. Just four years ago we were out back, pretty wee kittens, we were just minding our own business and having something to eat. All of a sudden, boom, something slammed down and we were trapped. Boy that was pretty scary, especially when we came face-to-face with some big scary humans.
This is one of the first photos of us after we moved inside. We had a room all to ourselves, but it was still pretty scary. But there was food and it was warm. It was getting pretty cold outside, especially at night. Then we smelled some other kitties. We knew they smelled us too, but there was a door, and it was shut. The big humans came in and fed us and tried to touch us. Well, eventually they did and we sort of got used to that. Then there were gates put up at the door, we could see out and the others that we smelled came to see us. There was one special one, his name was Brian, he assured us that all would be okay. He looked trustworthy, so we believed him. Turns out he was right. Brian is an Angel now, we miss him, he was so welcoming and protective of us.
So, that’s how we came to be a part of Brian’s Home. We are celebrating our fourth Gotcha Day as happy and healthy indoor kitties. Our Dad tried to trap our Mama Cat but she wanted no part of that. She disappeard shortly after we came inside. She probably went looking for us. We have a special Mom and Dad now and we love them lots. Thanks for coming by to celebrate with us.

Well Maxwell and Macy you two were lucky babies and now lucky youngsters celebrating your 4th GOTCHA when life became super happy for you!! Nice you joined your new family together isn’t it. Now you have a big house with lots of other housemates and never have to worry about food or shelter again. HAPPY GOTCHA DAY!
