It Is Vocal Tuesday with Simon

Can you hear me?

Hey gang, it’s me, your buddy Simon, remember me? I know, of course you do! I was always kind of a vocal guy when I wanted something, but since my sister Seal ran off to the Rainbow Bridge I’ve gotten to be a little more vocal. Well, the Dad and Mom would probably say I’ve gotten to be a lot more vocal. Hey, ask and you will receive, right? If I want petting I meow loud, if I want brushed I meow loud, if I want some treats I meow loud. Does it work? It sure does, the Dad and Mom have been super accommodating and I sure do appreciate it. Everytime I shout something out Titan comes running to see what I need. Isn’t he a sweet guy?

Oh, while I’m here I want to remind you all of what is coming up this Saturday, it’s Talk Like a Pirate Day…

  1. Hello,
Just shout Simon, you deserve some extra loving.
Adorable photo! Take care, enjoy your day and the week ahead.

  2. Hi Simon! Benny is the most vocal among us and he does always seem to get what he wants! So, it’s a good plan! By the way, we’re glad the new windows are in! And three cheers for Titan! What a good brother he is!

  3. Our parents always give us extra lovings and attentions when something sad happens. It always helps us. Sometimes it takes a little while but it’s something we need.

  4. Chaplin: “Sing the song of our people, Simon!”
Oona: “When Oona wants pets, she does not meow. She peeps. It is highly effective!”
Charlee: “You are looking very handsome! Those eyes of yours are swoon-worthy!”

  5. HI Simon. Now Mommy is singing, “Jeepers, creepers, where’d you get those peepers? Where’d you get those eyes?” Sigh. We wish she wouldn’t sing…

  6. Mornin’, Simon – Sounds like Titan – not so much wanting to take Seal’s place in your heart – but loves you so much he wants to make sure you’re okay, feel loved, and just wants to be there for you for any reason and at any time. What a wonderful brother!

  7. Awww, sweet Simon…/it’s gonna take a while to get used to precious Seal being gone. Good think you have a buddy like Titan to help you get used to it. Otherwise, we say it’s important to ask first to see who will agree with you.

  8. Mudpie has become the same way! She’s always been chatty but now she’s meowing if she needs help getting up on something or if she can’t find me.

  9. Calista Jo and previously Misty May can attest to the fact that caterwauling can get you what you want. We are so sorry that Seal left you. It is very difficult to lose a sibling. Sending you lots of purrs. 10. My parents say I am more vocal too. I bark, and then I make a sound that is reminiscent of the way the dead talk on The Walking Dead.
