Thankful Thursday Blog Hop: Thank It Forward ~ Short and Sweet

Stop the noise please!

Hello everyone, it’s me Maxwell and I’m here for Angel Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Thanks to you all for stopping by. We are always thankful to each of you for joining us!  Each and every Thursday we share the things for which we are most thankful and we always enjoy reading all of the things you are thankful for too. If you are new to Angel Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop, thanks for hopping in, we really do get excited when new blogger pals join us!

Today is my version of Paying It Forward except I’m calling it Thank It Forward MOL! You know what we’re going through here right now, yep, the crazy and noisy window replacement. Scary it is, hiding we are. So I’m going to Thank It Forward and say just a few things. First, we’ll be thankful when the noise stops. Second, I’m sure we will all enjoy the nice views from our windows once all the work is done. Normal and quiet, we all like both and will be most thankful when they return. Oh, sorry we didn’t get to visit anyone yesterday, the Dad and Mom had their paws full with everything going on.

So, what about you, what are you thankful for today? Tell us in the comments and then join us for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. 2. I’m thankful you are almost done with all the work. As for the visiting, I get it, I’m getting behind again, too, and it may get worse before it gets better.

  3. Do you have any idea how long it will take? It sounds as if they will be a big improvement when they are done.

  4. Start singing the song “we can see clearly now” … it won’t be long! Here, we hope it won’t be long until we can share a Thankful Thursday post!!! Old blogspot is stopping us from loading photos, and June had a contest update, meowz … and her Mommy had more to add … at this moment, we’re not feeling too too thankful …
    maybe later?

  5. Maxwell, you still took a great selfie, even under stress! And thanking it forward was a brilliant idea. I will try to remember that when I get scared of something. Your doggie friend, Lucy

  6. New windows are very exciting. I hope they finish quickly so you get the quiet back. Thanks for hosting. Have a nice day. XO

  7. Our humans are thankful Tali let Mom know she had snuck outside and that she came in immediately when Mom discovered it. We know you’ll be happy when all the noise and confusion ends. 8. Charlee: “Sounds like things there are just as scary as advertised! I would be hiding under the sofa too! In fact, I might just go hide under the sofa in sympathy, once I’m finished making my morning muffins on Dada’s lap …”

  9. You’ll love the new windows. I know you will. I’m sure it will bring down the heating and air conditioner bill too. Ours sure did.

Thank you for hosting the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous day and rest of the week. Scritches to the kitties, a smooch to Simon and my best to your peeps. ♥

  10. I am sure you all will enjoy those new windows.
The noises are only temporary. Cute photo.
    Take care, enjoy your day!

  11. Mornin’, Maxwell – I’m sure peace and quiet can’t return soon enough. But like you said, the new windows will be nice to look out of!

  12. I’m with you all the way on the noise and the normal!!! My ears have always been sensitive – to make up for my not-so-good eyesight, I guess, so even my brother’s yawns are loud and annoying to my ears. Thankfully, he’s on his way home and life around here can get back to normal (and a bit quieter).

  13. Home repairs can be noisy. You will like the view from the new windows, though. I’m thankful the temperatures have cooled off a wee bit, especially overnight because our bedroom air conditioner died Saturday night which leads me to another blessing in that we found a replacement quickly and got it ordered. Now, we have to put it in this weekend, if we don’t get rained out. The old unit was 26 years old, so it served us well. I hope the new one is just as good. :)

  14. We’re always grateful for you guys. Sure hope the new window install is finished soon and peace and quiet can reign once again around the green bench.
